*Do you know your numbers?*
You should! Let me know if you'd like your measurements taken and we'll get it done! This is a complementary service to ALL of my clients whether your a personal training client or you take my classes.
Measurements include: weight, BMI, body fat %, circumference measurements and I'll tell you how much Lean mass you have which will in turn tell us how much body fat you have to lose. We Do Not!, I repeat, Do Not! want to just lose weight. We want to lose body fat and Keep fat burning, metabolism boosting Muscle!

*Personal training Rates*
My rates are currently as follows for personal training and nutrition consulting:
In Training facility:
NO CONTRACTS - NO ANNUAL FEES - NO CANCELLATION FEES - NO RISK
$60 1 hour one on one personal training ----- $45 45 min ----- $30 half hour
$40 per person for 2-3 people 1 hour --- $30 per person 45 min ---- $20 per person half hour
Refer someone that trains with me at least once, get one free 30 minute session.. If that someone you referred signs up for 6 or more sessions, you get 2 Free sessions (of any length of time up to an hour) instead. You do NOT have to be a current client of mine to get these free sessions! Simply refer others to get your FREE sessions!
In Home:
$90 1 hour
(The 1 hour rate also applies if you'd like me to help you clear your junk food from your home and/or go on a grocery shopping/tour with you.)
$60 per person for two people 1 hour
$40 per person for 3 people for 1 hour
ALL rates are subject to change at any time. I will give advance notice on this site and at www.facebook.com/outlawfitness specifying the exact date that changes will go into effect , and any sessions bought within that month will be honored at the old rates.
Cancellation Policy: Notice given less than 12 hours prior to your appointment could result in you being the charged full fee for your session. Please give notice as soon as you know you will be unable to make your appointment. Thank you!
As a side note: I do Both fitness training AND nutrition consulting because they go hand in hand in helping you achieve your health, fitness, performance and body composition goals. I do Not however, do them both at the Same time. They can be done back to back, and as an example.. 45 minute workout followed by 15 minute nutrition consulting/q & a/ discussing, etc. that would all be a part of your hour. Or If you want the full hour to workout, and 15 minutes of a nutrition consultation afterward simply add an additional $15... ALSO.. I'll be advising and giving you tips on various little things you can do on your own here and there to help you not only reach your goals, but that you can turn into daily habits as a part of your new lifestyle.
